A few weeks ago I had my first engagement session of the year. I have had this session and several other sessions scheduled, but it seemed that snow, ice or rain decided it would show its ugly face (no, I am not a fan of any of the above!
). Although it was the day of the session freezing we still braved the cold and had lots of fun, as you can tell. I love that part of my job is getting to work with people who are in love and then capturing that for them to have forever!

Sometimes things happen in life and you get to make some pretty amazing friends that are just perfect except for the miles that separate you. My husband started playing in a band with Brandon and then I met Jess and we have loved them since day 1! So we were super excited that Brandon FINALLY popped the question. We love you guys very much and wish you many years of happiness together!!
This Nashville wedding was just gorgeous. aVenue was decorated beautifully for a intimate candle lit ceremony.

These three have been through a lot in the past several years some good and some should NEVER be mentioned again
So I must say that Pinterest had nothing on this wedding, so much attention to detail. This venue was absolutely gorgeous! We has so much fun spending the day with the couple and their family and close friends.
Quiet place for the couple to eat alone!
I did this little ones newborn pictures earlier this year. It is so crazy to see how much my newborns have grown over! It was such a beautiful fall day when we did this session (we have had a beautiful fall this year and the first part of winter too). I think that we ran grandma up and down those steps about 20 timesHope you guys enjoy the pictures!
I love this little family so much! They are such an amazing people and loving parents. I am totally jealous of all you parents who get to have Rachel for your kids teacher, she is so caring and really loves what she does. I can’t wait to meet their new little addition coming in 2013!!
Fun little fact…. I could hardly give them any Black and White images because little man has such AHHHHHH-MAZE-ING red hair.
